Retrieving Your Photo

Students who preregistered for a photo will receive an email from GradImages with a Promotional Code and Customer Number to log in with. Please follow the steps below to retrieve your photos:

Step 1: Open the email from GradImages and click: 'View Photos'

Step 2: Log in with your Customer Number (located in the email) and select: 'Find My Photos'

Step 3: Choose your photo and apply the Promotional Code (located in the email) at checkout

Please note: The Promotional Code does not cover a small shipping and handling fee.

Students who did not preregister for a photo can go to www.gradimages.ca to contact the Customer Service Team for a Promotional Code. Please follow the steps below to retrieve your photos:

Step 1: Log in to the GradImages website with your last name, school name (Western University), and the year you are graduating

Step 2: Click on the ‘Customer Service’ tab, select ‘Email’ and complete the information

Step 3: GradImages will apply the Promotional Code for you to receive your free 5x7 photo
