Western ONECard and Photo Standards

Your Western ONECard is more than just a Photo ID Card. The Western ONECard functions as an identification card for exams and bus pass; is your library card; your meal plan card; and can be used for door access and vending machine purchases.  It is also required to access Campus Recreation and to pick up a parking permit or keys.

Cards ordered after September 3 have a delay in printing. The deadline to order a Western ONECard for to be ready when you arrive on campus was August 2.

Student/Staff/Faculty cards are available in Student Central at the Info Desk in the Western Student Services buidling.

* Due to supply chain shortfalls cards ordered September 3 may not tap on the LTC bus. You may require a paper pass until our supply arrives. If your new new card says only 'iCLASS' on the back it MUST be paired with the paper pass to ride. A mifare card will not work with a paper pass.

* If your most recent card was an iclass, it is an active working card and you are not a Graduate student you can pick up your paper pass in Student Central.

You must be a current student to receive a Western ONECard.

*ONLY you can pickup your Western ONECard. You cannot give anyone permission to pickup on your behalf.
