Registering for Convocation and requesting guest tickets

To register to attend your in-person convocation ceremony you must have applied to graduate. You can check your status by logging into Student Center and selecting the Academics tile then Graduation.  Once there on the left-hand menu, you will find View Graduation Status.

To request guest tickets, you must be in Completed status on your Graduation Status page in Student Center. 

Students graduating do not need tickets.  Tickets are for your guests to attend your convocation ceremony.


All walk-on’s must pre-register prior to your ceremony date. You will not be able to register as a walk-on the day of.

If you have graduated within the previous 2 years you are eligible to request to participate in either the June or October in-person convocation ceremonies. There will be a limited number of Walk-on spots for each ceremony and you will need to register in advance to ensure there is space for you to Walk-on. Registration for Walk-ons will open in late May.
