Diploma Pick-up and Mailing for Fall 2024
If you were unable to attend Fall Convocation this year, or were unable to pick-up your degree, don’t worry! You can still get your diploma through the following methods:
In-person pick up in Student Central
If you did not attend your convocation ceremony, your diploma is available for pick up in-person from Student Central. Just stop by our Info Desk and one of our staff will be able to give you your degree.Receive your diploma in the mail
If you are unable to obtain your diploma in-person, you can request your diploma to be mailed through your Student Center.
To request your diploma be mailed, navigate to "Academics" > "Graduation" > "Diploma Mailing." Please note that mailing may take up to three weeks after your convocation date. Online payment must be made by VISA or MasterCard only through our secure ecommerce system.
Degree FAQs
How long will my degree be saved for?
Original diplomas are retained in the Office of the Registrar for two years following Convocation, after which time they are destroyed, and students will be required to order a Diploma Replacement. There is only one original copy of your diploma, after that is destroyed, you will be need a diploma replacement.
Can someone pick up my degree for me?
Yes! You may designate someone to pick up your degree on your behalf by setting up a Release of Information in your Student Center.
From here you can specify the individual you wish to give access to, and the specific access that you wish to assign to this individual. For "In-Person" pick-up, your authorized individual will be required to present a piece of government-issued photo identification.
What if my diploma gets damaged?
If your diploma has been lost, stolen, or damaged or it has been more than 2 years since your graduation you will be required to order a Diploma Replacement.
