Apply to Graduate in Spring 2024 Convocation
The application to graduate in Spring 2024 Convocation is now available through your Student Center.
You should only fill out an application to graduate if you plan to have successfully completed all your graduation requirements by the end of April.
Eligibility to graduate will be determined based on all modules of the program you are in when you apply (e.g. major, minor, specialization).
All students meeting the above criteria must apply to graduate by logging into Student Center. After logging in, select "Academics" > "Graduation" > "Apply for Graduation" and follow the on-screen instructions.

You must apply to graduate by April 30 for Spring 2024 Convocation.
Additional Information
Students on Letter of Permission or Exchange
Please submit your grades to the Office of the Registrar by no later than May 15 to have your degree conferred in June.

Inviting Family and Friends to Convocation
If you are an international student who would like to invite your family and/or friends to attend your Convocation ceremony, please visit the IESC website for steps and information on how to do so.

Verify Your Name
During the application to graduate process, verify the way your name is officially recorded. Name change requests with appropriate documentation will be accepted until May 1. More information is available at Updating Your Personal Information.
