Due Dates: For non-graduate, full time students registered in the Fall/Winter academic year, we offer two fee instalment due dates in August and December.
Typically, first year students in a first entry program can expect a first instalment due date on the first business day of August and upper year students can expect a first instalment due date in mid-August. The second instalment due date is the first business day in December for all non-graduate students.
There are some exceptions. Fee due dates vary by academic level and enrolment activity. Please consult your Online Statement of Account to view your fees due dates.
Note: Western does not accept credit cards for the payment of tuition or residence fees. Any company or organization that offers the opportunity to pay fees by credit card is not associated with Western. If you choose to use such a service, you should be aware that:
- You will remain responsible for all fees should for any reason the fees payment not be processed;
- You will be paying a fee to the company over and above Western’s fees;
- You will be required to provide personal information, including your student number, to the company.
Western does not encourage the use of third party payment services.
