  • review your OSAP entitlement
  • apply for financial assistance
  • develop a personal budget
  • student financial planning
  • emergency financial assistance

UPDATES:

Work Study decisions are being communicated to students on an on-going basis. Questions about Work Study decisions can be submitted through a Virtual Helpline as supporting documentation may be requested.

Bursary decisions will be communicated mid-February.

Out of Province Students - Please note that it can take 3-6 weeks to have documentation completed for ALL Out of Province government student funding from the date that your request has been received and the program information for your program has become available.

Zoom Appointments

Register for a private one-on-one appointment with a Financial Aid Officer (5-10 minutes).

Why choose a virtual Zoom appointment?

Zoom appointments offer you the flexibility of meeting one-on-one with a Financial Aid Officer without having to visit campus in-person. Drop-in sessions will change from week to week, so check back for updated times.

Once you register and receive the zoom link, please wait to join the zoom during the date/time listed below. The link will take you to a virtual waiting room, and you’ll be let in based on first-come, first-served basis. Depending on volume, you may have a long wait time.

Please have your Western ONE Card ready to confirm identify. 

If you do not have your ONE card then a piece of government issued ID must be shown.

You must use your @uwo.ca email address as your name or you will not be admitted to the meeting room.
