The Office of the Registrar has arranged for the following study room to be open December 10, 2021 to December 21, 2021 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m each day:

University Student Council (USC) provided:
From December 9th to 21st, the West Lounge portion of the Mustang Lounge is available for study purposes.

Below is a summary of study spaces available across campus, as of Monday, November 8:

Western Libraries
Starting the week of December 6, Western Libraries offers extended study hours at Taylor  and Weldon.

Group study spaces can be pre-booked in either location, and drop-in spaces are available at all libraries. Western ONECards are required for entry. Visit lib.uwo.ca for more library information.

Althouse Faculty of Education Building 
The Cafeteria, Faculty Lounge and Community Room are available for study (students may eat or drink).   

When no classes are in session, the following classrooms can be used for study and group work only: 2017, 2025, 2038, 2040, 2046 

The following classrooms can be used for study and eating or drinking when no classes are in session: 2015, 2023, 2036, 2042, 2054, 1051, 2021 

Classroom schedules are posted on their doors. 

Meetings rooms can be booked for private study or group work (social distancing applies). Please visit https://www.edu.uwo.ca/calendar/index.html  to book a room. 

All these spaces are open 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday. 

Alumni Hall
Until December 9, study space is available in the gym, stage and mezzanine from 8am-8pm, Monday to Thursday.

FIMS & Nursing Building
Study spaces are open on the 1st and 2nd floors during normal building hours and on weekends.

Great Hall
The Great Hall is available for study from 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday.

Natural Sciences Centre
As of November 8, study space is available in the area around Rm 120 and in Rm 110.

Social Science Centre
Study booths are available to all students around the main staircases on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

The Reading Room (SSC 1051) has been designated as a quiet study space (no food or drink) and is available with card access to Social Science undergraduate students.

Somerville House
Beginning the week of November 15, study space will be available in the new student lounge across from Lucy’s.
