Apply to Graduate in Spring Convocation
The application to graduate in Spring 2025 convocation is available in your Student Center!
You should only fill out an application to graduate if you plan to have successfully completed all your graduation requirements by the end of April.
Eligibility to graduate will be determined based on all modules of the program you are in when you apply (e.g. major, minor, specialization).If you have questions about your eligibility, you can reach out to your Academic Advising Office.
How to Apply to Graduate:
- Log in to your Student Center
- Select "Academics" > "Graduation" > "Apply for Graduation"

Important to Know
Students on Letter of Permission or Exchange
Please submit your grades to the Office of the Registrar by no later than May 15 to have your degree conferred in June. See the Letter of Permission section on the Office of the Registrar website for more information.

Verify Your Name
During the application to graduate process, verify the way your name is officially recorded. Name change requests with appropriate documentation will be accepted until May 1. Here's how you can submit a name change request.
