Step 1: Make sure you have arranged academic accommodation with your Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) counsellor.

Note: You must speak to an SSD Counsellor for EACH course. Every time you add a new course, you need to contact your SSD counsellor.  You should do this at the beginning of every term and also if you add/drop a course or if you change sections of a course.

If you have already arranged academic accommodation with SSD, you may proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Log In to the Examination Services and SSD King's Login page to provide exam or test dates.

While it is best to make all your bookings as soon as you have your course outlines, the deadline to submit exam bookings is 10 days prior to the exam date.  If you miss that date, your booking will automatically be denied.

IMPORTANT NOTE: for exams that are scheduled by the Office of the Registrar (in the official exam periods at the end of each term or during the December and April exam period), bookings will need to be submitted after the exam schedule is posted and an earlier deadline will apply.

  • You will receive a special email notification, indicating the deadline date to book final exams.

Once logged in, you will see your name at the top of the screen and your courses. To book a test or exam, simply click on the course name.

This will take you to an online form where you can submit test and exam dates for that course. If Accommodated Exams is aware of an exam that you have not yet booked, you can simply click on the Request Exam button.  If the exam you are trying to book is not showing, you can enter the date and time in the "Book a New Exam for this course" section.

Once you have successfully submitted an exam date, you will see the exam date and time listed in green on the course page as well as in the Exam Status Table on your main page.

You MUST submit a request for EACH test or exam that you want to arrange with Examination Services. At the start of each term, you should refer to your course outlines to find out dates and times for tests in your courses and submit a request for each test or exam to Exam Services. If you don’t know the dates of your tests or exams, ask your instructor.

Step 3: Check your quiz/test/exam Dates, Times and Locations.

One week before the date of the exam, your location and start time will be displayed ON THE EXAM BOOKING PAGE. In all cases you should double check the date, time and location of your exam the day before your exam is scheduled in case there have been any changes made from when it was first posted.
